Each member brings passion, creativity, and heart into everything they do, making every day a little brighter for the children we care for. From diaper duty champions to classroom rockstars, our crew is full of fun-loving, kid-focused superheroes (with a serious love for snacks, crafts, and dance parties). Maisa K.
Head Director
Maisa is the Head Director and a proud graduate of Purdue University, where her passion for Boilermaker sports took root and continues to shine through today. Whether she’s cheering from the stands or catching the game at home, her Purdue pride is always front and center. Outside of work, Maisa enjoys solving puzzles, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her family. Her blend of leadership, school spirit, and personal warmth makes her a valued presence in every setting she’s part of.
Amanda R.
Head Assistant Director
Amanda serves as the Head Assistant Director and also plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources and Accounting departments. She has been a dedicated member of the team since February 10, 2010. A proud wife and mom, Amanda enjoys drawing, coloring, and listening to music in her free time. One of her favorite aspects of working with children is using positive reinforcements—celebrating their achievements and helping build their confidence every step of the way.
Alicia T.
Assistant Director, Lafayette Location
Alicia has been a proud member of the team since April 1, 2014, and currently serves as the Assistant Director at the Lafayette location. She is married with five children and has a deep passion for both family and community. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys planning fun and festive events, coaching baseball, and cheering on her kids at their various sporting events. Her love for children and commitment to their growth and happiness is evident in everything she does.

Assistant Director, Building 2 West Lafayette
Courtney joined the team on February 14, 2022, and currently serves as the Assistant Director at Building 2 in West Lafayette. A proud wife and mom to three energetic boys, she brings both heart and dedication to her role. With a strong passion for supporting children and families, Courtney strives to make a positive impact every day. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, bowling, and curling up with a good book.
